A Shallow Philosophical Dilemma

I saw a very hot girl running toward the entrance of the ER.  My first thought was, "I hope that girl isn't running toward a boyfriend."  My second thought was, "Or do I...?"

So...

a girl who might have a boyfriend

but he's not in the ER and

seemingly in good health 

VS.

a girl who definitely has a boyfriend

but he is in the ER and

his future is questionable

Hmm.

And as I drove off, thinking very intensely, I blacked out... later regaining consciousness in a crashed car... with no girlfriend at all.  And on my way to the ER.
